I began All Heart Pool Service out of what I saw as a need for more reliability and consistency of service in the pool care industry. All I heard from people was "my guy doesn't always show up", or, "I came back in town early and found my pool was a mess". The most common complaint was "I never see the same guy twice." So when I started thinking about all these issues I thought, I have a strong background in customer service, I can build a company that provides an excellent standard of service.
Our belief is that communication and education are the keys to good customer service. From the early days we have always left a notice of the date and time of service as well as any additional work was necessary, or if repairs are required. We service all our customers on the same day each week and similiar time, weather providing of course. You can count on the integrity of our service whether you are in town or during an extended absence. What we have learned in our 26+ years is that every pool is different and every customer is different. By communicating with and educating our customers we are able to provide the right services for their individual needs.
